I am new to my Blackberry. I have Pay As You Go with Orange.
I can access the Internet well, one reason I wanted a Blackberry plus to send/receive emails. As I say I have Internet access but my email is a different matter.
When I try to set up an email account I go straight to the Enterprise Activation. I entered my hotmail address and that failed and so I entered my orange address and that does not work.
I have tried resetting the phone settings and try again but I still only get the Enterprise Activation screen.
Can someone please help or do I just simply access my Hotmail account?
Any help appreciated!
