9900 on TMobile with BES Enterprise data plan. Tethering works with USB cable. I cannot get the hotspot to work. I am running v18.104.22.1681 / 22.214.171.1244. I try to connect with my iPad and it says "Unable to join the network 'SSID'" Windows laptop does the same thing. Tried it with WPA2, WPA/WPA2 and none. The laptop will almost connect with none, but not quite.
Calls to TMobile have been useless!
