Don't know if this has been solved before but I had problems removing Device manager 6.0, I always got this message: "this action is only valid for products that are currently installed"
So I downloaded the installer again, right clicked on it and selected "Uninstall"
This method worked flawlessly.
So posting for anyone else having this problem
