Hiya Guys

Not sure if any of you could help. I have a contact on my Curve BBM that has a status of 'busy'. I have looked directly at their own phone and it says available, yet i cant send instant messages. I can see their messages but they cant see mine. This is not a new contact. I have tried deleting them and re adding, but it still doesnt reset the 'busy' status. I have also tried taking the battery out to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas?
