Then make sure you set it up with the correct codes etc. It's a simple WIFI device.
If your sure all is ok then something in the BB OS may be corrupted and causing the issue. A reload of the OS should help. Also do not reload any Apps until your sure it is working. Apps can cause many issues including this one.
