2-3 days ago I did a wipe on my phone and the 2 service books mentioned by aiharkness were there, so I do also believe those come by default. The question still would be : Is there any chance to download from somewhere a service book which would allow me to use the default browser without WiFi or data plan, like I did in order to be able to use the Opera Mini without WiFi or data plan.
