I haven't used BES 4.1 in so long I forget what the interface looks like. I don't think they will be going back. I remember not liking the web interface much when I first switched as well. However, once you get used to it, it isn't too bad. However some things are noticeably slower, like for example, switching address books for a user takes longer.
