Probably one that is not compatible with your device or OS or perhaps corrupted a file.

Try restarting in SAFE mode - KB17877-How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode

Then delete the theme and see what happens.

If it still freezes and won't fully reboot, then it is a corrupt file and you will need to reload the OS. I hope you have a data backup. Otherwise it is all gone.
