I purchased a Blackberry Curve 8520 off of someone and found out after that it had an IT Policy from the company on it. I tried the reset to factory and it is now allowing me internet use (which my phone didn't before) but the password is still appearing and when I go into the phone to disable it there is a red lock next to it. What can I do to remove the password?
