You need to talk to you service provider. Who knows what you did. You may have accidently upgraded your account to a BlackBerry data plan, or your provider may have added it because you are using a BlackBerry on its network (some providers do this), or it may be some hiccup. No one here will know for sure. Talk to your provider.
