Default Lost internet and email connectivity

I bought a new Blackberry 9900 Bold 3 weeks ago. It worked fine for two weeks. It stopped connecting to the internet several days ago. Now, it will not transmit nor receive emails. The functionality of the trackpad started to be problematic about the same time as I lost connectivity to the internet; can no longer move down the screen with the trackpad. Any ideas or thoughts? I would really appreciate any help.
