First try a battery pull and see if that fixes the problem Doubtful, but in some cases it works. With the device on, remove the battery for 30-60 seconds, put it back in and let the device reboot.

However, you will most likely need to replace the OS. Go to the section for your device, i.e. 9500 section, and download and install the correct OS for your specific device, i.e. you need a 9550 OS, not a 9530. Follow our directions exactly.
