Sounds like one or the other has a BT radio or configuration issue. Does the car connect to another cellphone without doing this? If so then it could be the BB. Then does the BB do this with anything else? If no then try a couple of things.

Pull the battery on the BB to load it from a clean powerup.

Delete the car from the BB and re-connect

Delete the BB from the car and re-connect.
