The PIN for the single contact is no longer in use.

Confirm the correct PIN for the single contact.
Send a new BlackBerry Messenger invitation to the single contact's email address. you can go through these steps:

Validate the services are correctly provisioned for BBM .Contact the wireless service provider to change provisioning services.

Send a PIN message to the contact to verify the PIN delivery status.If the PIN message was not sent successfully, verify the signal status and contact the wireless service provider if there is an issue with PIN message delivery.
