I'm not sure how you would accept the agreement in your situation. I imagine you've opened the menu, or tried to see if there is a menu, and accept from there? Sometimes you can navigate a menu using the keyboard and typing the first letter of a menu selection, and then the return key. But I don't know if that is any help here. And even if you get beyond that screen, you still have a non-functioning trackpad.

You can look at replacing the trackpad yourself. One can usually find a how to video on you tube, and sometimes the parts vendors have video on their sites.
