Hi all, im new to BB admin, I recently removed my profile from the BESX as a test but then when i went to re-add it i was able to create the BESX profile as usual but the handset had no option for enterprise activation
i spoke to our provider and weirdly the provisioning for the number had been BIS for a while (even though it was working fine)
they have now resolved this but i still have no Enterprise activation on the BB
things i have tried....
another handset (including full wipe on the original)
recreate profile on BESX
reboot server
any ideas?
