Default Help - Cant activate devices anymore

Hopefully someone will be able to help.
Up until yesterday everything was fine. But now when tying to actrivate devices for a user the device gets stuck at contacting server. The user(s) recieve a meesage (EPT.DAT) in their inbox - But thats as far as it get.
We're running Exchange 2010 sp1, and BES Version: 5.0.3.41
