Since that device is primarily a CDMA device and only secondarily a GSM device and because it is not supported natively on your service provider, you would need to manually load the Service Books from your carrier either from a previous BlackBerry that you have or from a download from the internet (which is probably not available).

You likely would be better off selling it and getting a device supported by your carrier.
