I am wondering if there is a way to create a custom alerts profile, similar to the "Phone Calls Only" except the inverse - not taking any calls but receiving messages (bbm, whatsapp, sms, email, etc.).

This would be very useful in meetings or just when you don't want to be distracted by a 20min phone call but you don't mind replying to a quick message?
