Lightbulb BBM not sending or receiving

I am Blackberry User that having problem by not able to receive or send any of BBM (blackberry message).
I am currently in New York, USA. But my original network provider is from other country. So when i am in USA, i always use WiFi connection, with no problem. But now, suddenly i am not able to use the BBM or email service. I can still browse internet from my Blackberry using the same WiFi. I don't understand why this happen. I already re-start the device, open battery and everything, still not able to receive or send BBM message.

I am using WiFi connection at home. The signal of American network from AT&T or T-Mobile, sometimes exist, sometimes not. But it never been a problem in the past. I just choose "automatic" setting for "mobile network".

I already try to change network, but still not working.

Please help me to solve this problem.
