Hi, new here so hope this is the right place to ask for help. 9800 user and have unresponsive buttons. The buttons are q,e,r,u and o. Also the escape and mute buttons not responding. Was intermittent but now permanant. I have downgraded software but still the same. Upgraded and no joy.
