I need to return a BB phone

How do I Secure delete everything on my BB 9860, platform 5.0.0.734, Language English , [ full touch screen phone ]

I have backed up photos, contacts, video etc etc; Mail is anyhow Gmail etc which is on server

So I wish to erase *everything*
