Thanks for your reply. When I first purchased this World Clock, BB10 was nowhere near being released to the market, nor yet was it in March 2012 when I obtained my 9850. I had purchased another app prior to moving to the USA and BB App World allowed me to download and install that one without repaying. As far as I can see, once registered with BB and having a Blackberry ID, it shouldn't really matter what ones device is, as long as its a Blackberry, apps ought to be reinstallable as long as the device is compatible with the software. I believe that, in this case, there is a problem somewhere and it is not only me who has the issue, quite a few reveiwers have posted the same issue. Blackberry is not addressing it.

I will, however see if I can find out if BB has my current phone registered as such, although I never did register my previous phone with Blackberry as a concious act, I just bought both phones from the service providers, and used them, probably like most people do.
