Ask your vendor if a BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) is set up. If it is, tell them to set you up on the BES. They should give you an "Enterprise Activation" password. Using that you can set up your BB to get e-mail instantly, and access to your calendar, contacts, notes and tasks.
