Sounds like the OP's password issues begins and ends with his various e-mail accounts.

If I change the password for one of accounts, the next time my BB tries to check my mail, it's not going to work and it will ask me to re authenticate.

For future reference OP, if you do not have a work issued device, then the administrator responsible for your device....is you.
