Default Problem setting up email after switch to 9810

I recently upgraded from a 9800 to a 9810 and transferred all my device information across using the Blackberry Desktop software.

During the transfer process, I was warned I would have to set these up again.

However, my email accounts icon now show (3) accounts as being set up - yet no accounts are set up?

When I try to add them up manually it says "cannot connect to the server' - even though I know the the information is correct.

Why is still showing (3) - and how do I overcome this conflict?
