thanks however if i dial any telephone number and press send the name of the person or number comes up as usual then is says disconnected, then the little box comes up and if i press start call it connects so what is the problem its like i have to make two calls to make one if you can understand what i'm on about. regarding the call forwarding. if i switch off the answer machine then the call forwarding goea away but i then have to press the send key twice to make a call, any ideas
