I wiped my device and can no longer find where to enable shortcuts.

Looked at this doc- Turn on browser shortcuts - BlackBerry Bold 9900/9930 Smartphones - User Guide - BlackBerry Bold Series - 7.0

Turn on browser shortcuts
On the home screen, click the Browser icon.
Press the key > Options.
In the General section, select the Enable Keyboard Shortcuts checkbox.
Press the key > Save.

but there is no "Enable Keyboard Shortcuts checkbox" :(
