Unhappy sync stuck...

Hello everyone, i m new to the forum, and looking for some help with all time favourite "sync organizer" issue... went for new 9700 two days ago, switched from 8100, and synced all with desktop manager 7, all nice. But today, I tried to sync again, and it gets stuck at updating blackberry address book. Just stays there forever as it tries to update the last item of the list (bar shows 47 out of 48 completed) The first coulple of times, this error message appeared on phone: Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_phone_app (76)m (which is gone now)... Tried system shutdown, battery pulls, uninstall and reinstall desktop manager, even tried to update the device software, no new updates... I am using ms outlook 2010, on windows 7 64bit system, and my blackberry os is 5.1.

If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it ! Thanx in advance
