I tried "Resolution 2" a couple of times and it did not work.

I don't use BES, but I did try resending the service books and that didn't work either.

I am a little trepidatious in trying "Resolution 1" because it reads as if all entries in my service book will be wiped. Is this an easy procedure to perform? Do I risk "bricking" my phone if I do something wrong?
