BES server version and sp : BES 5.0.3 (Bundle 33)
- Exchange server version and SP? : MS Exchange 2010 SP3
- MAPI/CDO version : 6.5.8244.0
- Is the issue happening for all users? Yes around 900 users affected
- Any recent changes done on Exchange, or network side?: No
- What is the SRP status showing in BAS console?: Connected
- Is an error message observed when sending an email message? If so, what is the exact error message seen?: Message can be sent from Device but it neither appear in Web App nor on device. (check mark appear on device while sending.)
