Default BlackBerry 10 - mail cannot sync

hi all,

i just setup blackberry service 10 and connect the blackberry Z10.
Wireless activation successfully done. everything look fine on calendar, contact, notes and task.

but just email cannot sync. in my outlook or web mail i see like below error.

anyone have any idea what going wrong?

Synchronization with your BlackBerry failed for 10 items.
The following items couldn't be sent to your mobile phone. They haven't been deleted. You should be able to access them using either Outlook or Outlook Web App.
