| | Re: Torch 9800 on enterprise, I can't setup 'internet mail account'
This thread was only about 3 down when I asked the question, so it wasn't a bump, I was just hoping for a solution before turning in last night.
That's what I'm saying, when I go to the TELUS website it tells me to do it using the 'internet mail' option which doesn't show.
Here's what it gives me, I imagine you're familiar with it:
"Cannot create account:
This action cannot be performed using a browser on a computer.
Use the email setup application on your BlackBerry smarthphone
to create an account"
I've re-registered from the routing tabes, yes.
I noticed when I go to options / device / app management, I DO have "email setup application version 6.11.02.216.1323" installed but it's not showing up, is thee any way to re-install this app?
