If you are experiencing more than the rare random reboot, I would call T-Mobile and get your problem escalated to RIM. You may be asked to send logs, but at least you will be on record. This may turn out to be a software issue that gets corrected in the next update, or in some cases maybe not.
FYI in my case I had a bout of repeated rebooting. I traced it to when the computer was trying to sync music to the Z10. It stopped when I reformatted the media card and turned encryption off, not sure which or whether both were the fix.
