Thanks lgreenberg. Yep that's basically what Dave said. Wipe it clean. I did and everything worked fine after that. It's a good thing I had Minisafe to store my application registration keys though.
Quick question. Since my Outlook is now connecting to EMM's exchange server have setup my pop3 account to send/receive with Outlook. I don't guess my pop3 is going to synch with the server. Unfortunatley, I can't forward my pop3 from the server end. I guess I am still stuck using the Outlook redirector(Sperry Software) until I can get everyone to begin using my new email address.
