Default Re: in setup, Email Accounts button does nothing

Thanks very much for your suggestion, I do have a data plan on my Verizon account for this line, and I can browse the web so I think that would mean that I'm getting data? What really doesn't make sense is that clicking the "Email Accounts" button in setup does nothing at all. No error messages or anything.

I don't think there's any old IT policies, under "security status information" it says "No Services"

Is there anything in Service Book I should look for that might be causing the problem?
