Unhappy BB 8310 & Desktop Mgr 4.6 & Outlook 2013

How do I sync my BB8310 with Outlook 2013 using Desktop Manager 4.6 I keep trying to set it up in Desktop Manager but I keep getting an error message no profile has been set up. When I try to select Outlook in Options it is not there.
