Default Q10 is unable to connect

Hi,

We have first Q10 in our company and first problem. On the initial screen it connect to T-Mobile network, but can't establish Internet Connection. To go through initialization I have to connect to Wi-Fi. When it's connected to Wi-Fi everything is OK. When I switch off Wi-Fi I can only make calls and send SMS.
BlackBerry service is active on this SIM (I check it on other, older devices and even made Enerprise Activation). T-Mobile support says that this device isn't even try log to BlackBerry APN. They can't help me because they don't have any instruction to this model yet - please contact manufacturer
Wiped twice - doesn't help. I suppose it can try to use standard Internet APN, which is not active on this SIM. Any other ideas?
