Default Can't connect to the internet

I have a Curve 9310 through straight talk wireless. Just activated it yesterday and everything worked fine until I woke up this morning with no internet service at all. I can call, text, and use wifi but can't connect to the internet though the wireless network. I've tried pretty much all of the obvious quick fixes such as pulling the battery, switching the mobile network on/off, ect....not solutions. I know the obvious thing to do is talk to the service provider but all that got me was a 1/2 hr conversation with an Indian woman who obviously had no idea what she was talking about. I figured the phone isn't defective since it did work fine less than 24 hrs ago. Just giving this a shot seeing if someone has any ideas on what the problem could be before I have to go through the trouble of sending the phone back through the mail.
