Okay, sounds like you do have a BlackBerry data plan on your account. When you were talking to customer service maybe they checked and made sure your account was set up correctly?
You've tried a battery pull. Next step is to resend service books. Make sure you are in a location with good mobile signal when you do it.
If resending service books doesn't fix it, time to call customer service again.
