I met with Ken Dulaney in October and we spent an hour discussing the future of RIM (devices, software, NTP, alternative push email sources). In the last two months his words have changed dramatically. I wonder if that is his position or Gartner's position that has changed.

Nomis - I am fully expecting to have to push a new version of the handheld OS to almost 1000 customers.
