Default Curve 9300 hangs. Always showing the clock icon when it hangs.

Hi all,

I would like to ask help how to fix my cousin's Curve 9300? It seems to be really slow, especially if it shows the "clock" icon in the center.

Then after a while it will just go App Error 602 / 603.

I tried connecting it to Desktop Manager / BBSak but unfortunately it can't be detected possibly due to the "clock" icon waiting on something.

Can anyone help me with this?
