Unhappy The BB Enterprise server has not responded

Hi, I have looked at every possible solutions to the problem with the error message saying "The BB Enterprise server has not responded to your activation request. An error may have occured." I have tried turning the device off and taking the battery out, Even deleted the account from the BES server and recreated it and also by crosschecking the mailbox, data enabled, Network and the email accounts properly without any spelling errors........still the same error message,Please somebody anybody Help.......This is my first time to handle bb and will be grateful for any help.
