Default help migrating user from old BES to new BES

Hi All, I have a quick question about migrating a user from an old BES server to a new BES server.

When i add the user from AD into the new BES, it uses the same PIN as the old one. And when all is up and running, i find it is STILL using the old server to route emails.

So, i need to remove ALL blackberry information from the User's account before adding it to the new BES server. like is mentioned in this post here:

My problem is the Blackberry Manager on the old server isn't working, so i cant log on to "Remove the user and associated blackberry information from the account".

Can i remove the associated blackberry information from the user account in AD or by some other way?
