Default Happened Again! Failure of Z10 to Sync

I posted several times about this issue several months ago in the spring of 2014. New BB Z10 at that time refused to sync Outlook Calendar and Contacts after a BB Link upgrade, with BB Link showing a "Sync was unsuccessful" message after every attempt. My solution was to re-install and older version of BB Link that I had (thankfully) saved from late 2013. All was working well until a few days ago when the Z10 once-again began to fail to synchronize via BB Link. Nothing was changed, no software updates performed, etc. It just stopped synchronizing again for no apparent reason.

So....

I figured I'd give a try to installing the latest Z10 OS upgrade and also uninstall and then reinstall the latest BB Link version (having backed up the device beforehand). Still showing sync failure after every attempt.

Details: Z10 OS version is 10.2.1.3062 BBLink version is 1.2.3.56

Any ideas? The number-one reason I ever started using BB many yeas ago was the ability to sync my Outlook calendar and contacts to my device. My ultimate frustration is not having this work properly. It's essential for my business!

Also...is there ANY way to get support directly from RIM? My carrier is T-Mobile, which infamously dropped BB altogether, so they are not a source of help.

If anyone has a clue, I'd sure appreciate your assistance.
