Your phone is locked to a corporate BES version. you need to do a complete os wipe and let it load as a new device. Also you will need a blackberry data plan to use the phone. A standard data plan wont work. Call your carrier for details.
Also it may be locked to a specific carrier which you will need to get a code to unlock if your not using a phone that was on O2 indicated in your profile.
