For those having issues getting support from PocketMac, note this on their web site -- they lost their support database (again).... http://www.pocketmac.net/support.htm


SPECIAL BULLETIN: Over the weekend, the support server suffered a hard drive failure. As a result, tickets posted during the last 3 months were lost and unrecoverable in our backup. As you can imagine, we're very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. If you entered any tickets before Monday, February 13, 2006, please take a moment and enter the ticket again. We will get back to you right away! We are taking steps to create a permanent solution and expect to have something in place by the end of this week.

We are in the middle of replacing the current system, and we may experience some downtime during this process.
