I can't get this to work. It downloaded and installed just fine. I click the app, it appears to be loading, but just sits at a blank screen with "loading..." in the upper right-hand corner forever. Then finally after what seems forever, it comes back with a Network Unavailable message or something, and says something about making sure I have good reception.

Any clues to fixing this??
