Dude, go with efax (www.efax.com). I moved 2 years ago and found out that my apartment can only get 2 lines, so I was stuck w/o a fax machine for my business. I tried efax and dumped my fax machine!!! It is an awesome service. 2 years and no problems whatsoever. You can receive faxes as .efx (their sw), pdf and tif.
