Marketing to what? BB are seen as business devices. Fido tends to be seen as a personnal carrier. From a merketing point of view, BBs are not a 'Fido device'.
It's a shame though, because was a pionneer in the industry in Canada. First with GSM. Singlehandedly responsible for the affordability of cell phones in this country. If they were still on their own, they'd probably have BB plans priced to blow the socks off the other carrires. OTOH, the merging with Rogers gives a truly solid GSM network in Canada.
